Exactly. Another example is going into thirdperson in HL1. Doing so would show Gordon Freeman but he's only a black texture model. This is because the devs only had First-Person View in mind and not Third-Person.
I undertand they made her this way since we barely saw her model at VR but for real...
That doesn´t even look close to the original...
I really expect VALVe won´t make this model as her official model in next half-life,some where at 3000´s.

Yeah I get what you mean. Might be just a matter of perspective lol.
But yeah Alyx looks very different from her HL2 self... Either the creator had to make this model from scratch or this model was ported from the deepest files of HL:A.
