Its most likely a stupid windows systemfile called thumbs.db.
It used to appear in the addon back in the day when creating the vpk file.

But since neither of those mods have actual game files that conflict you won't have any real issues.
I gotta clean up my old mods though

Ignore anything listing the thumbs.db.
Its a windows file that sometimes appears because of the addon picture. That has no impact on the game

There seems to be a file that is conflixting with several other mods, including a few of you own, the "thumbs.db" this makes this, the glocks,spas unfoled stock, and G3 incompatable, I was really looking foward to using a high quality set of gun mods and hope you see this soon enough.

thumbs.db a is a file windows creates because the vpk has the addon image in it.
L4D2 is retarded enought to cry "Conflicting mod" everytime it sees that file, even though L4D2 doesn't even know what to do whith it.
