A workaround you can use for the server consistency issue is by right-clicking your L4D2 game in your steam library, click "properties", under general you should see "Launch options"; click on the box and enter "sv_consistency 0" without the quotations.

I tried to get this to work, but every time I open up a new game, an error pops up and says "Server is enforcing consistency with this file: models/infected/hulk.mdl". Is this on my end? Because I don't have any other tank mods installed on my game.

Latest update made Phil have an invisible touch... as in the Tank is now completely invisible for me now. Sussudio now strikes fear into my heart whenever I hear it start up.

L4D tank models were added in the last update which partially broke the mod; a fix will be made in the coming week.

His textures weren't upscaled no, they remained the same from the original model. Also Herr and I don't have plans to make any other L4D2 mods of characters relating to GTA, this was more or less just a one off mod for fun. We might make additions in the future, but for now, Phil reigns supreme.
