描述
Phil's lost his home, his love, but he'll be damned before he loses his hair.

A goofy and nonsensical mod which replaces the Tank with Phil Collins, based on his appearance in GTA Vice City Stories.

Keep in mind that this mod replaces all voice, music, and sounds related to the tank and that any existing sound mod you have active may conflict! To be safe, disable any other tank sound mods before enabling this one.

A workaround you can use for the server consistency issue is by right-clicking your L4D2 game in your steam library, click "properties", under general you should see "Launch options"; click on the box and enter "sv_consistency 0" without the quotations.

I tried to get this to work, but every time I open up a new game, an error pops up and says "Server is enforcing consistency with this file: models/infected/hulk.mdl". Is this on my end? Because I don't have any other tank mods installed on my game.
