The people not seeing a performance dip probably play the whole game at speed 4 or lower.
but "Rio Grand" trade node only "COAHUILTECO" province, Others provinces "Null" trade node detected.
It always struck me as odd that you got all these missions to conquer Central Asia / SEA as Qing, but you could never move the trade back to Beijing / Hangzhou, very odd. Its really a shame how hardcoded this game is into being "Europe strong".
I agree tho, I hope EU5 will feature dynamically changing trade nodes/trade system.
also I would like to request that a trade node goes from Nippon to the south, please. it should be possible to draw trade from Nippon to somewhere else than Beijing. I don't see a reason as to why not. IMO vanilla Nippon > Hangzhou was a good option
also while going through that U-turn there is a graphical glitch happening with these arrows.
But I still think English Channel node also should be the end node.
Can you cut the connection between Lubeck node and E.C. node?
Then, can you connect Lubeck node directly to some nodes in America or Africa?
Why did you decide Lubeck node as the end node?
Why didn't you choose English Channel node?
It seems to be bit strange.
Is it because of power balance?
we probably add triggered provincial modifiers to push an english london and an holland amsterdam with a Tradecenter-like-buff always active for AI and unlockable for players
Sorry, but that is beyond the scope of this mod.
@WillamAtlas
I will think about it, no promises though. In my game current game England is managing to retain most of the trade in that node. Lubeck might be doing better overall, but that looks very slight. I will need to run a few observer games to know more.
=>My solution would be to have Lubeck flow to Rhineland which is heavily divided (and also benefits from the comment you made re imperial cities etc.) before flowing onto E.C
=>This would also benefit a unified Germany/HRE without naval power having all its trade sucked to E.C.
TBH where the end node is placed will always be contentious due how OP it is (Eu5 hopefully won't repeat this mechanic)
The "losers" of this system, esp Genoa, Venice, England and Netherlands are strong enough to keep a lot of tradepower if they want!
Constantinople to Crimea was part of the original mod. I reversed that back to vanilla in the last update.
