The crackling chaos lightning make it look badass, as if it's really on the move, but then you zoom out and it's kinda just plodding along lol. It's a bit of a scale issue though tbf, it's so large that it doesn't *feel* like it's going fast enough, even though it's actually pretty quick for a super-heavy "chariot".
Even with that being said though, I think it could still be a bit faster. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's a level 20 mount, 4 levels more than it takes Franz to get Deathwing, AND you have to sacrifice the insane line-clearing ability that Seafang normally provides (it makes sense why ofc) I figure with all that combined, it's worthy of being kinda bonkers.
Ah, there was a purpose to the Mortis Engine. I'll re-add it and patch that one too then.
Weight was set as 3000, I've increased it to 9500. That should take care of everything, maybe.
Despite what the difference in stats should indicate, the Mammoth's "punch through" animations means it's much better to disrupt formations. The 60 speed on the boat is also disappointing, since you aren't even going that much faster. The loss of Seafang means wulfrik has no way to punish blobs on his own, and to make it worse the boat seems to either have little mass compared to the mammoth or something else is off. I expected to pass through enemies like butter, yet I got stuck in the most basic chaff units in the game.
It needs something. Some punch-through ability, better animations, a worthy replacement to Seafang, something. Right now I'd even say it's weaker than the Chariot mount, since at least that doesn't get stuck on empire spearmen.
It's subtle, but I changed "Vfx Filter ID" from 0 to 1 on the mortis engine's entity. This (and changing it's anm.meta file) allows Seafang to avoid having those green glowy effects.
Added.
Give him a bound wind spell that summons a rampaging mammoth. Don't tell me you don't want it! troll
I love these "boat" mods. Landship, tombship, chaosship. Hopefully you can find more!

It seem you've forgot a wh_dlc04_vehicle_vmp_mortis_engine_articulation in battle_entities without any changes to it. Might be worth deleting just in case if it wasn't intentional!
