this building will be popped up on residential zone.
but, i "strongly" recommend to use 'Find it' , 'Plop the Growable' and 'Move it' mod.
actually, almost of my assets are made for 'ploppers' who make their cities 'manually' with mods.

hey, how do you guys use these? just set Residential zones and wait to pop up the right building? or is there a mod to place these buildings?
