Growable high density Residential. (lv1)

There are two buildings named 'Paris Corner Building 1a' and 'Paris Corner Building 1b'

This buildings are smaller(*size is 19.4x19.4m) than 3x3 cells(24x24m)!

so, it doesn't fit grid! you need to place it correctly with Move-it!

this building will be popped up on residential zone.
but, i "strongly" recommend to use 'Find it' , 'Plop the Growable' and 'Move it' mod.
actually, almost of my assets are made for 'ploppers' who make their cities 'manually' with mods.
