Actually the character has an infinite recovery with nspecial, but it can be punished, and uspecial is jump cancellable if you still have your double jump left (so you can jump cancel it and then walljump). Plus the character still has good horizontal recovery with fspecial.
I won't buff the recovery that much, I think I'll just increase the height of the double jump and walljump, especially since he falls so fast.

please buff the recovery, you cant walljump after an upspecial, and his recovery can barely reach half of what other characters can reach, even with the base game characters
