Balanced Pepsi Man

描述
Just my take for a balanced Pepsi Man. This time it is more like a luigified version of the re-balanced Ronald made by aquaphoenix75.



-----movement-----
The character is now a fast faller with low air speed, yet decent ground speed, making him a grounded fighter. Also the number of air jumps is now 1 instead of the original 2.

-----attacks-----
Overall, most of the attacks are weaker, have more lag and deal less knockback, and some angles were adjusted.

-----special cases-----
°Grounded nspecial throws the can upwards, increasing it's range, while air nspecial will have less range but will fall quicker.
°The laser doesn't knocks the opponents back, but it deals 40% of damage.
°Dtilt no more has knockback, but it deals more damage and some hitstun,. But be aware this move has a lot of lag.

Actually the character has an infinite recovery with nspecial, but it can be punished, and uspecial is jump cancellable if you still have your double jump left (so you can jump cancel it and then walljump). Plus the character still has good horizontal recovery with fspecial.
I won't buff the recovery that much, I think I'll just increase the height of the double jump and walljump, especially since he falls so fast.

please buff the recovery, you cant walljump after an upspecial, and his recovery can barely reach half of what other characters can reach, even with the base game characters
