I actually had Black Hole as one of my Dspecial ideas
However i ended up loving the time stop idea more
In any case, considering how i have programmed most of his projectiles, implementing black whole is something i frankly cant do anymore.

less ammo usage would be better or regenning ammo quicker due to moves draining ammo extreamly quickly
Another thing i noticed is down spec is kinda useless imo so I suggest swap ufo and flash. Flash as airdodge would be really cool. For UFO down spec it could be a black hole that brings your projectiles to you and also hurts your oppenet in a decently large range (zetterburn neutral special but like 10 pixals larger in every direction)
my last suggestions is that his moves has a LOT of start up and that makes some options kind of annoying to do. oh also when you use f spec and you move you should get a hurtbox and give it less start up
