Also, I'm not sure if this is a factor or not, but I read the things you linked me and I saw that you are excluding decommissioned designs, which I think is a good idea. But how does your program do it? Since a lot of the ships currently in these collections are replacements of decommissioned versions, and mention that in their descriptions, I'm sure others are doing the same. So if it is filtering out blueprints with "Decommissioned" or "Obsolete" in the description then those are gone too.
Also, is there a better place to be writing these comments?
It is just because some are rovers? Seems like a strange criteria, but you do you!
Your main collection looks like have too little ratio of ships vs other blueprints (e.g. cars). As I mentioned in Steam Guide, this rankings is the first draft and showcase of what's possible, and I welcome you there to discuss better criteria for everyone :)
