And the conflict I found is actually with GlueLib, specifically "hooks.lua".
On the subject of conflicts with the parent addon, if you're getting weird bugs when mantling, it appears to be Action Extension that's causing it. Not sure why it would be, though, since AFAIK Action Extension doesn't feature mantle/ledgegrabbing. Though it seems to happen on walls with more than one brush.
My dear friend, that is an addon confliction.
Look for mods which may affect player movement to any degree and other parkour related mods.
Disable them, restart the game, see if that works.
If it doesn't, keep searching, you'll find the one.
