Garrys Mod is 16 years old. Additionally it needed and still needs to be able to run on devices with weaker hardware.

Yes, I can remove the sleeves in another mod and update this one if people still want the upscaled sleeves

yeah, i don't really know why but it could be a script error because there was gonna be a version with chell, but her arms turned to the matching color.
