Unfortunately i wasn't about to not fix my mod on the off-chance some people were still using it.
It did not inculde antwerp brusssels and belgian limburg.
But did incude zeeuws vlaanderen (now part of the Netherlands).
And parts of mothern day nortern france.
And cording to some folklore the dutch language originated Northern france
I couldn't find enough information on the flemish language names for many of the cities, only a few, and so resorted to dutch for all the city names to create consistency.
And it was Diederik not Thierry
P.S. Simpson civ when? Jk. Good civilization.
doh!
Thierry was commonly known as Thierry of Alsace. He fought four campaigns in the Levant and Africa, including the second crusade. He was a distinguished crusader that brought back the blood of christ as a reward for his service. (which became part of a regular procession) and later he ruled over a peaceful Flanders that experienced great economic development.
Wasn"t Robrecht Van Bethune or Dampierre (both are the same person and he was also called Robrecht III) aka the Lion of Flanders not a better leader?
And as an addition, Flanders now has named rivers and lakes.
Any plans to make it work with (certain) TSL earth or europe maps?
This looks really interesting, thank you for the great work!
Getting those fixed now, apologies for the poor launch.
