Question: does the population system work only for the player or does it work the same on AI? if it works, will this mod disable this system for AI? Thanks in advance for your answer

To be honest, I think that it would be better if you could use the neighboring training fields, to train units using the local pops. Unfortunately I don't have the know how to do either of those

Is it possible to make a mod that combines your entire empire's population into one pool so you don't have to keep moving your recruitment spots? I like the population system, it makes you more careful with units but its a pain to have to keep moving your mustering fields to areas that have population.

If every territories population was just in one pool it would make it a lot easier to manage recruitment. Just a thought, I've got no modding experience and have no idea how hard that would be.

Fantastic, thanks for making this. I do like the population feature but I was getting issues where I had enough population but couldn't recruit units and it was driving me nuts.

So, in vanilla game, to recruit a unit you need the appropriate building and enough money. In the 1212 mod, it adds population to a city. The more people in a city the more money it makes and vice versa. Also each unit needs a certain amount of pops to be recruited and based on the type of the unit, it might need a harder to obtain pop, like nobles. This submod just removes the need of pops to hire a unit

it mast be a conflict with another mod you use. Try using only the main 1212 mods and this one on top of them and then enable one by one the other mods you want to use, to find the incompatible ones.

Apparently, I remembered wrong, although I found a mod that makes the the city defenders almost unbreakable. If that's not what you are looking for, I believe I could make a mod myself

I could, but it would be incompatible with the double size units mods. Also, for how much more morale are we talking about? I thing there's already a mod that makes them unbreakable.

The last time I checked, the AI didn't use population anyway. But even if they changed that then, yes, it should work with the AI too.
