nespsik: Требования других модов нужны для полноценной работы карты. т.к. это сброная солянка из всех интересных карт для меня (в то время когда я ее создавал). На карте много воды т.к. я хотел дать большую реализацию водному транспорту и самолетам на воздушной подушке.
