Zee's hasn't update these mods in years. If you want still use Zee's google him (Zee's mods) and buy one from his website. They are worth the few $$ consider they get updates and these free one haven't been touch in years.

This was done back ATS 1.40 so yeah while ago, and last time I tried this mod, it no longer sounds like this video I made like 3+ years ago. With all changes since 1.40 the mod prob kinda broke the sound imo.

For example his DD60 14L

Oxferd is right, Just go to Zee's home page and buy one his mods, there only few $$, worth it imo. SCS should be hire Zee imo (Google Zee's mods)

Hey I doubt he'll ever updates these. Sorry. Your better to buy one his mods from his website. Most of Free engine of Zee's mods at least from his works shop no longer work properly since 1.47+.

I am using Cat C16 and Cummin N14 and both sound epic and work fine with 1.47+/1.48. IMO they worth the $5 or so he asking for them. Google Zee's mods, I'm sure you'll find it.

@Zee I have got an issue with the no silencer option where the audio for the engine, exhaust, turbo and start_bad come up in the log and an error Here it is:

As said the silencer option works fine but this doesn't.

@©Oxferd®Gaming™ Its not really the popping during idle, if you listen really closely its just the pure exhaust sound and it makes idle sound good imo. All the sound samples are absolutely perfect, its just that they don't sync up with the engine rpm properly. For example, when slowing down with the engine brake it sounds monotone

I have a problem, when i chose the non silencer option, the engine sound somehow disappears, so i only hear the air brakes and road noise.

Your not wrong there... The idle sound is a bit odd...
It's like your hearing the "pop" sound in the idle when the audio loops...

@ButcherPete Oh ok thanks I've never tried it but, I guess some people might not want to hear the engine but you can turn the volume down.

@jsharpe3 I believe the engine noise is muted with the silencer options

But I saw here in the comments that Zee said he has better jakes and will add them soon, so I‘m eager for that :)

Because kreichbuam who did the sounds for Ruda's trucks is only using youtube samples. Zee recorded a truck with this motor himself

Well I was using the engine that was shipped with the truck and then I downloaded Zeemod‘s DD and replaced the engine from Jon Ruda by Zeemod‘s DD.

Are you using Zeemods actual engine files or the engines that ship with the truck?
