Calls map "fastwar".... takes half an hour just to walk to the middle of the map... super slow fuel gain... wtf...

Update 07/04/14

- Small fix : move HQ location (especialy for US army)
- fix a bug when units quit a building : little tower are moved 1-2 meter, center on the map
- Weather are changed : add rain, splash, lighting, storm and sounds.
