Update 07/04/14

- Small fix : move HQ location (especialy for US army)
- fix a bug when units quit a building : little tower are moved 1-2 meter, center on the map
- Weather are changed : add rain, splash, lighting, storm and sounds.

Update to V 1.2

- Fix bullets penetrating a kind of wall.
- Equalise the two front
- Contrain tank to never acced to the eastern platform
- Add a small wall under eastern platform

Update to V 1.0

- Spawn area are moved to facilitate coming and going.
- The player one hill being Equalize according to player two.
- Fix a passing at the end of player one hill.
- Improve cutting territory around hills.
- Add some sandbag to pedestrian road above the hydrolic dam.
