As just mentioned, the recommended tools are the best if you want to pose the model properly.

I am using the physgun, so that could be the problem if im supposed to use the toolgun to pose them.

I don't have such problem, given I use the recommended tools to pose models in general properly.

This isn't a playermodel (just make sure). Anyway, just look for it in the tab addons and you'll find (use even the search bar)

The knee physics for me atleast are broken has hell. the knees refuse to go forward but will gladly go backwards.
