之前因为其他功能性mod更新后出现故障，误以为是这个mod的原因而做出了一些不必要的改动，现在已恢复之前所有有效功能，并保留和增加了部分新的改动，请大家自行尝试

Why would you add useless Origins that are given to the likes of Fallen Empires?

@TurtleShroom It add some useless origins that are owned in the original but not shown.Some restrictions on useful origins had been removed.And add a few AI weight of some origins,but ineffective in ver.2.6.2 with some BUG in this version。
