Was looking for something like this because everytime I used a standard camera in VR It recoreded me but for some reason I was seeing out from the cameras POV in my headset instead of the normal FPS view in the headset was really weird.

yeah it doesn't work, go get the VRMod Streaming Camera mod from wesl-ee instead, it actually works!

An update for this addon would be super appreciated! I haven't been able to find any other solution for an external camera in VR so this mod was like a dream come true, imagine the videos we could create! Unfortunately, it currently creates script errors when you try to enter the camera, a fix would be super awesome!

Hey Raemien! This is such a wonderful concept. I use VRChat to make my VR video skits, but Gmod has such a dynamic library of addons to use with VR and I would love to make skits with it -- the only issue is the camera!
But this mod concept solves that problem! I was so excited to test it out, but then I saw some of the below comments and was disheartened when I found out first hand that it does not work.
I, and I'm sure many others would be absolutely thrilled if you updated this mod! I would greatly appreciate it.

Does this still work? I could not get it to work.. I was using 3 vive trackers for the full body tracking update of vrmod.
