I'm no expert with the FCS so I could be wrong, but I think most if not all of the weapons can be purchased at the Scraphouse in Black Desert City. I haven't personally gotten into trying to craft them in my game yet, but in FCS I found a few weapons whose only "reference" ended up being the Scraphouse.
