Absolutely. I'm really only referring to posting things on the workshop. Modify my vehicles however you like, share pictures, videos, share them with your friends, use them wherever, just don't upload copies or modified versions to the workshop.

It can transmit and receive video. Video transmitters are currently bugged in the game however and will only transmit on channel zero regardless of the input. You can send and receive voice over the radio up front as well.

I love this vehicle, it really is as versatile as you say. I'm just slightly confused on what the camera actually transmits; does it transmit video? coordinates? Great job on packing so many features into one small vehicle though!
