If you fill it with fuel, it will right itself up yes

Thanks, I figured it needed something in there. Is there any workaround, though? Will it right itself if I can get fuel hooked up to it? I can't get inside because opening the door floods the cabin and then things are getting pretty bad!

that's because it needs either water or fuel as ballast. Normally it will fill it's water ballast tanks with water when fuel is spent, but when you spawn it on limited fuel, it doesn't have either
