No, it does need updating. All gates are back opening at a snail's pace.

Is this updated for 1.50? I tried it out for the first time and all the gates didn't seem to open quickly. I have the mod at the top of the loader.

Just tested the mod and it works fine. Note that this mod does not work with toll gates.

This mod works good. The gates I have seen are opening quicker and they start opening long before I even turn in the driveway. No more waiting.

@Mr AcKay - Thx so very much for bringing this over from ETS2 :flammable:
It worked perfectly (Utah DLC) at Avalanche Steel in SLC, & Coastal Mines in Ceder City. I had hoped it would make the crossbars at security entrance of Kennecott Copper Mine in SLC behave differently, but they remain down, and actually behave more like a customs crossing in ETS2, so that is beyond the scope of this Mod.
