First 10 airplanes are updated in 2024. Some of them received minor tweaks and bugfixes while some others got significant changes.

May be the 7 ton General Aircraft Hamilcar, its a british glider from WW2, its big enough to hide a engine

You could try to hide the engine inside of the plane, and let it have just enough thrust to fall slowly like a glider.

I want to make glider but it's not quite possible without having some kind of thrust in Stormworks physics. Best gliding planes in my workshop:

a suggestion that i have for a plane is a glider, one that actually glides. just a neat challenge :)

Thanks, I'm not planning to make DC-3 because Ju 52 is similar, so I want to try something different.

Probably no because Stormworks has no weapons and these planes would not be much useful without weapons.

KOMTA has relatively large fuselage which allows it to be used as airliner in 1920s in peacetimes. Still I gave it water bomber feature alongside carrying passengers. More importantly KOMTA is far easier airplane to make.

thales you say a b-52 would have no purpose. then why is your KOMTA a thing. true a b-52 would be very complex and might have to use a mission spawner. overall i do under stand that you dont want to build a b-52 for multiple reasons. i think a learjet 45 would be useful for its speed.

DC-3 and PBY-Catalina are legendary airplanes but currently I'm not planning to build. Also there are multiple good examples in the workshop.

Learjet 45 could be useful as fast passenger transport but...

B-52 is too large and complex and little use in Stormworks because it's a military bomber.

Imports 3D objects in to Stormworks. Result will be like this:

First of all small airplanes are harder to make it 1:1 scale. Begin with something simple and not too small. I also suggest Stormworks Hull Builder by R3 if your plane is not too small.
