@NELSONTHE2ND the uniform should be on the virtual arsenal. Maybe its a conflict between mods, try to load only Raccoon Police Department mod. Hope it helps

Glad to see this. I feel like now we are close to having just a complete Resident Evil community on Arma 3.

Honestly, makes me want to do an update of my own Umbrella units.

Well awesome man, oh and just a heads up, wrong spelling on your mod page, its supposed to be Raccoon City Police Department, but none the less, amazing mod, hope to see way more added content in the future.
