Raccoon Police Department (RPD) Mod, this is a retexture of the CPE Mod (Complementary Police Equiment). With this retexture you can manage to create some SWAT unit or the loadout that Leon S. Kennedy has during the Outbreak in Raccon City.

@NELSONTHE2ND the uniform should be on the virtual arsenal. Maybe its a conflict between mods, try to load only Raccoon Police Department mod. Hope it helps

Glad to see this. I feel like now we are close to having just a complete Resident Evil community on Arma 3.

Honestly, makes me want to do an update of my own Umbrella units.

@Ghost286 Right now I'm busy with the R.P.D. (including S.T.A.R.S.) Once I finish I will start with the USS and the UBCS most likly.
