Suggestion: The Doctor - TimeLord
-When you get to lazer technology you get the SONIC SCREWDRIVER. That allow you to "unlock" one free techology.
-When you get to spaceship production you can build The TARDIS as a unit. Works as a general but can be teleported anywhere on the map, then protects all units around from 100% damage for one turn.

Great job anyway with this one already!

1) Unsubscribe from the mod. Exit Steam and Civ 5 completely
2) Empty your mod folder : C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\My documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
3) Delete the "Civ5ModsDatabase.db" file located at: C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\My documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache
4) Restart steam, subscribe, restart Civ 5.

@HandsomeJam When setting up your game did you try going into advanced settings to select your civilization? I find that, for whatever reason, most mod civs don't show up in the basic settings for selection but do appear in advanced settings.

Rorschach, I have downloaded 'The Doctor of the Cybermen' and 'The Daleks' and 'Raxacoricwhateveritis' and 'Cybermen' and 'Weeping Angles' But the only ones that show up are 'Cybermen' and 'Raxacoricwhateveritis' :( Help please I've had no trouble installing mods before but these two won't show up... Thanks for your time

When choosing civilisation when setting up a game I get the cyberman civ showing up as "TXT_KEY_LEADER_CDOCTOR - TXT_KEY_CIV_CYBERMEND_SHORT_DESC" (I assume it's meant to be something more like "The Doctor - Cybermen") I'm not sure whether this is due to an error in downloading the mod or whether there just isn't text linked to those tags in the programming. Anyone else with this problem?
