The Doctor has been transformed into a Cyberman.

The Cybermen are a fictional race of cyborgs who are amongst the most persistent enemies of the Doctor in the British science fiction television series, Doctor Who. Cybermen were originally a wholly organic species of humanoids originating on Earth's twin planet Mondas that began to implant more and more artificial parts into their bodies as a means of self-preservation. This led to the race becoming coldly logical and calculating, with every emotion deleted from their minds.

UU: The Cybermen, Replaces infantry. 80 attack and cost a little more to make than infantry. Receives more experience than equivalent units.

UB: Cyber Ship. Replaces the Medical Lab. 15% of food kept. -2% unhappiness. +10 defensive bonus for the city it was built in.

Trait: Science research increased by 5%. Faith decreased by 60%. Output from buildings in the capital increased by 10%. Units receive the promotion, "Replacement", which heals the unit every turn(navy, air, and horse units do not receive this). Costs to buy tiles increases by 100%.

I plan on building the following civilizations for Dr who (probably in this order). If there is a civilization missing from here that you want created then please comment and I'll look into it.

I do not own BNW, but even IF i did, I'm making these mods all for G&K first and would only update them after I feel like I've finished with the Doctor Who Universe

Suggestion: The Doctor - TimeLord
-When you get to lazer technology you get the SONIC SCREWDRIVER. That allow you to "unlock" one free techology.
-When you get to spaceship production you can build The TARDIS as a unit. Works as a general but can be teleported anywhere on the map, then protects all units around from 100% damage for one turn.

Great job anyway with this one already!
