I think it is amazing that modders are still putting great civs out there! Thank you for creating another dutch civ. Here's some feedback from my playtest:

UA – Using forts is super fun. I don’t build those often and this is super rewarding. However it might be super strong. You can take an entire coast or a long River as part of your settlement. Perhaps there should be some limit here. “within city tiles/range” for instance. It would still be a very nice land grabbing civ. The second bonus also seems super super strong. +5% for each trade route and foreign religion can add up really fast.
UU – Works very well in tandem with the forts and great person generation. Fits the theme and is a good defensive unit.
UB – Makes forts even better, that’s nice. The chance to reveal furs is really strong. It revealed 4 furs in one of my cities. Combining this with the +1 culture and the extended trade route might be very strong. I do love the “chance” to get a luxury resource and I also like adding to the forts even more.

Tested it again, still no culture yields on forts. Taking workers off of forts does not alter culture per turn.

@anothernick1996 It doesn't show graphically on the tile but your culture per turn will increase for each worked fort

Tried it. Forts don't yield culture.
