'Hockey Hockey Maple Syrup Looney Tooney poutine eh?' <- Canadian for "This map is hilariously huge."

Eastern Canada and some USA, as a Giant map. Complain about the small rivers being inaccurate below if you want. Those things are stupidly hard to do right so I just drew them where it made sense, k?

In the collection is a fix if the normal process of subscribing and enabling doesn't work.

Install by dropping this .civmap file in Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization V/Maps

I'll patch this in when the system allows me but for now it's gotta be this way.
