@jamie.firth - work on improving your injury prevention and management. Have good physios, doctors, slowly increase match sharpness in preseason THEN start training physical, reduce training levels for injury prone players, slowly add a freshly recovered player back into the starting lineup and training, rest after matches. use recovery. etc. WIth proper management, you can easily avoid having too many players out. For the entire last season I just played, I only had 4 players out at once a couple times, never more than 1 player injured in a match, and majority of players either were only out for 4 days the whole season, or under 2 weeks.
