nicely done. thanks for porting them, but somehow she and artoria (well, kinda same characters anyway) are quite small. i know they are not the tallest characters, but when playing as them i feel like i'm only half as tall as any hl2 models or when standing in front of a door, the head is just barely above the doorknob.

You have done a good job on porting these fate characters I already got 3 of them and they are great! I've always wanted to do a fate RP kind of thing since this is my favorite series of anime and games.

I think you should remove the eye posing from the faceposer and just add lip sync to the pm/npc's only. That would inprove the 3 models you made.

No stacks needed man. A basealpha for the clothing gilding maybe but the solid metal bits can just have their whole materials darkened a touch.

If I make 2 stacks for base & metal, the pm/npc models will flicker. Areas affected by jiggle bones will flicker more. It's fine on ragdoll, props or if the pm/npc is spawned as ragdoll.

This isn't a method thing for pbr or whatever. The trick is older than sfm. Just having $color2 somewhere between 0 and 1 helped a lot for metals.

Your sfm versions have visible metallics but these one's at a glance don't. If $color2 isn't cooperating it's because non-sfm branches need all 3 values. "[0 0 0]" instead of "0"
