For some reason I can't download the original Kriechbaum file. It pops up for a fraction of a second but jumps back to the Kriechbaum threat. Someone else having this issue?

@Amber i thought the same thing to but make sure you click the link in the description above and download the latest file on that page. The sounds will work. :)

@Amber I have no idea what you're going on about but this mod is for the latest version and has been for the entire almost 5 whole days its been out. Works perfectly. Out of the currently 3100 subscribers you are the only one to say otherwise.

@Boom I got this mod to work. Had to buy a new truck. If i tried to switch engines with my old truck, it would crash.

me too......they did a nice job on all default trucks......however whoever doing engine and horn sounds needs to be fired dough.....cause they have no clue in that department what dafuq they doing

hahahahahah me too......I took it on ONE short test job and couldn't wait to go back to my W990.....SCS needs to take notes from Krieschbaum cause they have zero clue what real US truck engines and horns sound like but Krieschbaum does! He's long time been our savior for ATS default trucks cause SCS phucked em ALL up:104:

Thanx Uncle_D. I agree, after about 5 minutes with the stock sounds I had enough. Even changing the stock volume levels was only about as good as polishing a turd lol

Worked perfect for me, make sure you guys get Kriechbaums latest file from the forum the 2.8 one and place this one above it in your list.......thank you Pone.....I REFUSED to drive this truck till somebody fixed these farm tractor sounding engine's.....these mod also fix the stoopid "scooter" sounding horns to real sounding US truck horns!:104:
