1.No idea why, just checked and it floats ok in my world
2.Space and gases update at release messed up buoyancy but now it should works ok
3.This crane is pretty old, there is newer version PK0702 Zimorodok, you can check it in my ws, also i will release new floating crane soon
4.If u wish, send me friend request so you can host a server and i can look at ur problem

mine is not in the water its just floating sideways

double speed+ mode not intended for long use. though it wont drop charge below 70% anyway.
