don't use this mod - it messes up colours for other things like roads and zoning. thank you to the creator for listing it as not compatible good job

Confirm this. Mod does disable hightmap lines and Speed numers.

I also just confirmed that. Contour overlay display doesn't work and roads are black.

Just confirming that this mod is a state of broken in the new update. It also turns all roads and tracks black during line selection.

I share the same opinion as others here. The picture is misleading as a tumbnail.
I know you have a 2nd picture, but still.

The pallet is horrible and messy.

Erm why isn't the pallet laid out as it is in the picture in the description. The actual layout is awful.

Great, thanks! I do not know what UG thought about when adding those few colors. I already mentioned that in my feedback to them. But now here's this mod. :) Btw: What happens when being deactivated in a save game?

I wasn't happy with the layout of the colors on the UI and also disliked the fact the mod overwrites more data than is necessary, thereby decreasing compatibility with other mods. Therefore I have created my own mod with better code and color layout. If you also would like a better layout check out the mod here here .

When I use this mod I eventually reach a point where I can't lay track. I don't get the same problem without this mod. Odd .

I really like this, but I don’t like the greyscale colours on the right or really light colours on the top section. Could you please make an option to skip these? Thanks!

Big problem here is that the new colors are added by OVERWRITING the GUI object. The consequence is that if you make changes to the GUI object in another mod or in the baseconfig file, this mod will overwrite them. The solution is to use game.config.gui.lineColors = {{ [list of colors]}}.

Either you can make this change, or I'll upload an alternative version of this mod, that will not interfere with other GUI color changes.
