No, since the fluid anchor dont have a node for composite logic and there is no way to connect the harnesses and the actual winches without composite connection.

The fluid hose anchor don't have composite nodes, so you can't combine water intake with the winch control on harnesses. By the way, the version with autopilot has already been released, although it cannot stay on the water surface because its hull is not large enough.

The old winch is now removed if you spawn this in career mode but is very simple to replace with the new version of the winch - Uran made it very simple on the connections and basically all you need to do is hook up the Up/Down and the Cable length and the electric and they are all clearly marked . If your nervous about it then spawn it in creative so the winch still spawns and look at the connections - honestly, it's no drama to change it. The new winch just uses Fluid rope connectors to connect to the fluid port he uses. If you don't know how to do this then google a video as it is very easy, I would explain it but it's a lot quicker to watch and learn to be honest. I look forward to the autopilot version with water landing Uran....it's an amazing model mate, one of those completely out of the box ones that blows my mind when I even think about how you put that together in the 1st place so small and the original idea and handling of it - amazing work mate. Thank you for sharing it.
