Unsubscribe from the diplo marriage mod and your custom civ mods. Then load CIV 5 (by load CIV 5 I mean just get into the game-starting menu after you finish the mod-loading screen in the game's menu)
So anyways load Civ 5 after unsubscribing from the custom civ mods and diplo marriage mod,
then close Civ 5,
Then, subscribe ONLY to the custom civ mods. Then load CIV 5 again,
Then close Civ 5 again, then subscribe to the diplo marriage mod, anddd that's it.
The odd thing about it is that whether or not it works is completely random. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
You can always change this yourself in the files themselve and give Austria any of the existing traits or make a new one for them.
What can I do to fix it?
Currently I am going to keep it where it is....the thought behind this is that you have to make a significant sacrifice in order to use this function....this way it become a serious decision within your strategy and you may have to neglect other things in order to do a Diplomatic Marriage. If it is too easy then it can be abused by both player and AI.
