THIS IS THE NEW AND IMPROVED "DIPLO MARRIAGE MOD"


Some of the strongest alliances in history have been formed by the marriage between two great people. This mod allows all Civilizations to Annex City States through diplomatic marriage.


The amount of Gold in order to Annex has been increased by triple in order to keep civilizations from taking advantage of diplomatic marriage option

Also, the annexing civilization will have to be allied for 15 turns before allowing the diplomatic marriage to take place.

The Austrian Empire now has the "Great Faith" trait and will gain faith for each enemy unit killed.

Mod should now be compatible will all Civilizations from G&K and BNW. Requires at least G&K expansion in order to function correctly.

I had an issue where custom civs wouldn't have the diplo marriage ability. Here's how I fixed it.
Unsubscribe from the diplo marriage mod and your custom civ mods. Then load CIV 5 (by load CIV 5 I mean just get into the game-starting menu after you finish the mod-loading screen in the game's menu)

So anyways load Civ 5 after unsubscribing from the custom civ mods and diplo marriage mod,
then close Civ 5,
Then, subscribe ONLY to the custom civ mods. Then load CIV 5 again,
Then close Civ 5 again, then subscribe to the diplo marriage mod, anddd that's it.

Are this mod work only on vanilla city-states? I using city-states expansion 1&2 mods

This is great, but for some reason this seems to stop working if you use Global Warming mod and/or city sprawl. If by some miracle you see this, can you explain why?

Very sad that this mod no longer works, if anyone could possibly remake this mod, or even if the creator could update it even. I'd be incomparably happy. RIP most my mods.

I was using and enjoying this mod, as it makes expanding your empire quicker and easier. However, recently steam did an update and it stopped working. Have you looked at this at all?
