I know the mod is still unfinished though, hope U don't mind I change a few until U update/finish it
I noticed that tech was part of the Core module. I therefore would like to advise you to put those techs in the Core module that you use for expansion modules either in those expansion modules or in patches with a PatchOperationFindMod operation. I'd suggest looking to the wiki for advice and the forum for xpath help.
I will edit it for myself, but thought you might want to put it in for the techs for expansion modules in the core modules so other players who only use specific modules don't get screwed over...
