I understand if this is a tall order, but is there any chance you could make a pack of citizens typical for northern Europe in the 1920s? (I'm making Stockholm in 1925 as realistic as possible)

Alex, you must not have it turned on. They appear just fine. I have them in every city. They have never not worked.

Unfortunately the game has created far more ordinary sims, so these ones now are a smaller proportion of the cims now in streets. There had been justifiable complaints that the basic cims weren't racially diverse, so the game created cims of various races. I already had racially diverse cims using these mods. The new cims just mean these cims are a much smaller proportion of the older population - which is annoying as I create cities set in the past. I really wish we could just turn off those annoying, ugly base cims and just have these far better quality ones.

I haven't tried changing my citizens yet. I just wanted to check can this type of mod affect saves when its added and/or removed?

Also I noticed in the comments of a different citizen pack a user saying these types of mods can affect the life span of your citizens. is that true? anyone know anything about that?

Thank you for these terrific assets, they really make a huge improvement in-game.

I use the No Vanilla Citizens mod to use these and other service citizens from the workshop instead of Vanilla citizens. However, there are very few tourist assets available.

Would it be possible to upload these same citizen assets, but as tourists, so the vanilla tourist skins will be replaced in game?

Wonderful. I so needed this as I use lots of vehicles from 1910s to 1950s. It always looked odd to have 1950s cars with 2000s people! It would be great if we had a set from 1900 to 1918 - lots of top hats, bowler hats, large hats for women, long skirts - a kind of Downton Abbey City Skylines.

These are so absolutely fantastic! I doubt you take requests - but it'd be fantastic if you could do one up for the 40s or 10's! :)

But mostly they still dress like this is rural areas

it honestly fits in any time period because people still dress like this in one way or another

Not that it needs being said, but creators of mods are free to feature cims of whatever skin pigment they like. As a sane black dude myself, I'm getting sick of seeing trolls using race-bait to start drama and ruin people's fun. This pack is incredibly well done, and that's all that should matter -- period.

Just report the trolls and move on.

Finally got to try this in-game... best looking citizens I've seen made for this game. And performance is still great with this enabled! You did a WONDERFUL job on this -- ignore those trolls.

Any interest in making more citizens for use in my Beliford series? I'm tracking a city as it develops from 1500 onward, and am currently in the year 1525. Some time-appropriate citizens would be an awesome addition.

As far as demographics are concerned, America has always been overwhelmingly white. That's not "racist", that's just a statistic-backed fact. Although America has never been ethnically homogeneous, "diversity" was less evident and was not pushed by the culture like it is today. With that being said, it's rather ridiculous to even mention such a minuscule observation in the comment section. No need to get political, it's just a video game.
