I see that there no way to reduce the half width but do you think it is possible to make a version that is built at terrain level without "flatten terrain" enabled?
Unfortunately, that means that all the water is flowing outside of your network.
I've tried different widths to the same effect.
Node controller doesn't help with that issue.
Ideally, I'd like to see straight vertical river "banks," sort of like canyons.
OTOH, the BOB mod allowed me to replace the trees in the networks.
What may be the problem of failure?
2. Move It
3. Fine Road Anarchy and 4: extra landscaping tools. Yet, I don't see them coming up and I cannot find them.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong here? :)
YOU STILL HAVE TO WORK HARD and fiddle around for some time to craft a decent stream or creek, but the finished product with this mod is so much better.
You are right that laying down the initial river in the narrowest network first and then judiciously upgrading to wider pieces, varying width up and down as the watercourse winds back and forth, and using MoveIt to tweak the location and height of nodes, gives you a much less regular and so much more natural result.
I just wish to ask whenever I missed something, when I place them ingame the rivers have a brown outline on the ides of the river. (the standard game ruining texture that any placed road/canal makes). How do you disable that, to make the riverbank seamless with the rest of the terrain. thank you in advance.
Is there a way to make these networks available in the map editor, other than via FindIt? I'd love to use them in map building, and be able to use the upgrade tool...
I know that the land will not behave properly in the editor (it clearly doesn't support naything "digging in", but it's just a visual glitch and the water would still behave properly.
I've put together a short tutorial (covered most of the basics, but I was still trying to master the network myself) - hopefully it will help somebody, and might bring you a few subs who missed the asset launch. I'll copy this across to the other pack too for commenters convenience.

This is an excellent network mod, and now that I have it, I can't see playing without it! Thanks again!
