I'll be honest, I haven't touched starbound too much lately...yet alone trying to mod anything. I don't even remember what this does...though i think it might have something to do with increasing weapon damage and gunship health. Very similar to pjaj's mod though with support for the FU variant of the gunship which was released around that time.
