So I spoke to the developers on the forums and apparently the ICU is not supposed to have access to sonography and cardiography examinations. Anything symptoms that can be revealed by those two rooms, can already be revealed in the ICU with "Heart Monitoring" and "Urgent Echo". As far as I know that was the only issue with the mod post update? I've been continuing my save and had no issues with the changes to sonograpgy and cardiography.

Very well thought to increase the simulation! I'm reading that these mods might be causing some issue but i'll give it a try right now, just because I like the spirit.

Also having the described effects - and concur with @Jovzin. Also seems to affect the Sexual Health mod (if that is in play, waiting rooms stop working). Your mod packs are excellent (I am very much in favour of increased realism) and thank you in advance for the next update.

@Jovzin, 100 % the case. The new update has made some significant changes to the XML files which I'm going to have to edit. I'll have it done by Sunday. Hang in there.

Butch I have the bad feeling that your mod Realistic Collapses and Disease Incidence is doing this. I tried a new game and I was able to click on some patients and see the patient tab taht had no hazard/ But patient with medium and above hazard for them I was not able to see the patient tab when I clicked on them.

Butch m I am using the mods from you. And after the new update to Project Hospital I have issues with my save that I am unable to see any patient card when I click on any patient in my hospital. Do you thihk somehing broke with your mods after the update ?

Thanks, this is on the right track. As I happen to be an M.D. in my civilian life, I'd be more than happy to assist with any overhaul towards increased realism that anyone might come to think of.

One thing that bothers me is that radiology has no medical staff. In any major hospital you'd have radiologists review the exams, not the clinicians. Well, same goes for many lab exams, especially histopathology and haematology.

Thanks Butch for these modifications. They really do expand and make the project hospital experience more engaging and realistic. Thanks again for your hard work. Look forward to any future releases :)
