Not that it matters. This is a Halloween-exclusive item, intended for the same event that allows you to wear bird heads that also look cartoony.

Too cartoony you say? you just gonna forget that (as much as we wish it didn't) a literal banana hat exists in this game, this game where people fly using explosives, jump on thin air, teleport, fake their own death by opening up a pocket watch, and disguise themselves as a perfect copy of another person?
