You are correct there is a 10% nutrition loss for harvesting. I did this intentionally as time spent unharvested is also time spent not growing.

hmm, i just did the math... 1 fully grown square of hay yields 18 hay @ 0.05 nutrition per hay. So 0.9 from that plant, but with this mod, if you Let Them Graze, they would actually get 1.0 from a single plant. So with this mod, harvesting the hay actually *loses* you nutrition value overall.

Or am I missing something?

Grazing lands is a great mod. I think it pairs well with this one actually.

for those using this, try Grazing Lands, it makes it so that animals consume only what they need from plants, damaging the crop instead of destroying it
