The thing with Mk II is that it's spawn rate is set to 2%. It's a lottery chance tbh. Mk I is a pretty often though.

Hasn't been any new word on this mod, what is happening - is it being fixed? Tried getting it to work myself, but it isn't showing (even the game start to test it doesn't have the race). Like Ghosty has said, your S4-M1 is working fine, a real shame that this one isn't at the moment.

I've come across them as enemies so it's working in my load order.

I'm also having the issue Ghostly is having of not being able to make this race work. Which is a real shame. No matter where I put it in my load order I cannot get it to show up in game as a starting race or in the game world as a whole. All the other races you've created work fine, though =)

Really unfortunate that this mod doesn't work at all for me, your S4-M1 one works fine but, this one doesn't work no matter what I do. I even tried putting it at the bottom of the loadorder. Which upsets me, the V-48 looks amazing so props for that!

I mean, it's possible. I've messed with the edits of your mod and I can totally see it happening. Though, it would require a lot of work to implement it. The choice is up to you whether or not you want to do that.

So... Does that mean in rare instances we'll see these V-48s dress up like a holy nation soldier to blend in? Also make a faction called "Holy Nation?", that way when you click on one of them, you can laugh about at how absurdly effective they are at their job. They should ally with skeletons and coexist with the Holy Nation until they meet an Inquisitor. Inquisitors will immediately recognize them through the disguise and attack them. Which will trigger everyone else to attack the V-48.

Nah, i have the problem too.

Fixed it aswell but i wasn't sure if it was affecting the workshop version. Gonna need to check if the mod files are still around. Otherwise i'm gonna need to rebuild the patches from scratch.

To make things more complicated i recently had to clean out my comp due to technical difficulties so it's gonna be a while before i can get the fix out.
